Jennie Campbell
Jennie found yoga as a community college student, hoping for an easy physical education class. It took only one class before she was hooked, exploring yoga styles and studios until she wandered into a Viniyoga class. Since then, she has deepened her practice with classes, workshops, and is trained at the 200 hour level through Whole Life Yoga’s Teacher Training Program. Whether students are looking for strengthening, mindfulness, or to just “do some stretches,” Jennie is excited to share her enthusiasm for Viniyoga. |
Karen Campbell
Karen Campbell earned her 500-hour certification through American Viniyoga Institute in 2011, and her 200-hour viniyoga certification through Whole Life Yoga in 2009. She is a registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance. She is passionate about yoga and truly believes that practicing yoga contributes to one’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being. |
Roxie Dufour
Roxie Dufour is a certified yoga instructor through Whole Life Yoga’s teacher training program and is registered with Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level. She has been practicing yoga since her first class in 2000. She enjoys sharing the benefits of activating all parts of the body and the mind through Viniyoga. Roxie is an avid kayaker finding increased flexibility and strength from Viniyoga. |
Katherine Lee
Katherine Lee is a certified teacher and registered with Yoga Alliance. Through yoga practice she discovered that inner peace can be attained through mindfulness and acceptance and compassion for oneself and all beings. She enjoys sharing yoga practice with students to help manage stress and anxieties of the modern world, and find their inner calm. Katherine is also an enthusiastic gardener and is inspired by the beauty of the natural environment. |
Jayde Pryzgoda
Jayde Pryzgoda has been a student of yoga since 1998, and explored many different styles of practice before completing her teacher training in the Viniyoga tradition. She is now a Yoga Alliance certified teacher at the 200- hour level. She was drawn to the Viniyoga style because of its accepting emphasis on “starting where you are” and listening to your body. She is also a long-time practitioner of mindfulness meditation and enjoys helping others learn to quiet the mind and nurture their bodies. When she is not teaching yoga, she is a practicing psychologist helping people overcome anxiety, depression, and other stress-related concerns. |
Sheryl Stich
Sheryl Stich is a certified yoga instructor, registered with Yoga Alliance at the 500-hour level. Sheryl came to Viniyoga after recovering from disc hernia surgery in 2002. She also has had hip replacement surgery, and has found that the practice of yoga and breath work has not only helped her retain her the health of her physically, but has helped her mentally and emotionally. She finds much joy and happiness in sharing this “calm awakening” of connection of mind, body and breath with her students. |
Kim Carter
Kim Carter completed her 200 hour yoga training in 2005 with Tracy Wber of Whole Life Yoga. Since then she has taught All Levels classes but her main passion is her yoga full figure classes. She enjoys helping people to get back in touch with thier bodies in a compassionate way and then see that compassion spread ot other parts of thier lives. For, her yoga integrates body mind and spirit both on and off the mat and she loves spreading this message through teaching. |
