Therapeutic Yoga with John

    John offers therapeutic yoga sessions. John has been working with people for many years in many different modalities and in many ways. The way he favors is yoga. Through yoga, John works with your physical as well as mental well-being. He loves to work with people with chronic injuries, chronic pain and sore and stiff bodies. John works with chronic back pain, foot and ankle pain, hip pain, shoulder pain — well, you get the idea. Head to toe.

  • John also does therapeutic yoga sessions for depression, anxiety, trouble sleeping, too low energy and too high energy levels, etc. There is nothing he likes more than working with someone who has been in pain, mental or physical, and then to see them become healthier, happier, and in less pain and having gained more freedom of bodily and mental movement.

To address the type of problems listed above John starts with a four-session series.

At the end of the four sessions you will have ways of working on your own at home if you wish. Some people continue with weekly or bi-weekly sessions — it is up to you. Or sometimes join some of the classes at the studio.
